Upon completing a payment thru SLATE at "https://4d-software.nl/", we strafe to give you a payment status update within 1 hour, however is it possible that we are forced to exceed this deadline.
As we only sell digital products in the form of subscriptions, upon receival, the said product will be instantly delivered and confirmed by an optional notification.
We currently do not refund any completed transaction, this implies that failed transactions between the customer and our payment service provider will be paid back within the specified duration listed in the notification regarding the situation.
